We aim to change that. Vote Remote is an initiative dedicated to helping young people figure out how to vote, when to vote, and how to make the impact they want when they cast their vote.

How-to Guidance for Student Voters
Voting is a complicated process. It takes time, paperwork, and a lot of know-how students haven’t yet been armed with. We offer easy-to-access guidance on how to vote in every state, from where to get stamps to how to apply for an absentee ballot.
Partnerships With Student Orgs
We work directly with student organizations to create visuals, guides, and voting information that is tailored to their home state and home campus.

Online Calls to Action
In a world of COVID-19, most civic engagement is going to take place remotely, which just so happens to be right up our ally. Over the coming months, we’ll be rolling out campaigns to get as many young people voting and engaged as possible.
Our first campaign if the #fetchyourballot challenge. Post a picture of your pet decked out for the voting season after checking if you’re registered to vote, and challenge three friends to join.

In the United States, it’s not easy to vote. It can be especially difficult to vote when living away from home. We aim to give students back their voice by helping them learn how to effectively navigate the voting system for every state and territory in the nation.
